DevOps That Ships. Infrastructure That Scales. On AWS.

We hold the AWS DevOps Competency — independently audited, not self-declared. Terraform IaC on every engagement. CI/CD pipelines, ECS and EKS container orchestration, and zero-downtime deployments built for startups, scale-ups, and growing businesses that need to move fast without breaking things.

Why it matters

The AWS DevOps Competency Isn’t Awarded. It’s Earned.

The AWS DevOps Competency requires an independent AWS audit — real case studies, verified outcomes, certified engineers, and customer references AWS can speak to. Matellio has been through that process and holds the Competency.

What that means for you: our DevOps capability has been independently validated against AWS’s production standard — not self-declared, and not assumed.

DevOps Services

DevOps Services Built for the Bold

Five delivery pillars. All production-tested. All on AWS.

CI/CD Pipelines - Automated. Reliable. Fast.

Code goes from commit to production in minutes, not days. Automated testing gates, container build and push to ECR, blue-green and canary deployments, and rollback on every pipeline — so speed doesn’t come at the cost of stability.

AWS Services

Infrastructure as Code - Terraform on Everything

Every resource defined in code. Every change reviewed before it touches production. Every environment reproducible. This is not a best practice we recommend — it is how we work, on every project, without exception. The result: infrastructure your team can understand, audit, and operate without us holding their hand.

AWS Services

Container Orchestration - ECS Fargate & EKS

ECS Fargate for production services that need container deployment without cluster management overhead. EKS for workloads requiring Kubernetes-native scheduling, multi-tenancy, or advanced traffic management. Both delivered with Terraform IaC, ECR image management, and CloudWatch Container Insights out of the box.

AWS Services

Multi-Account Architecture & Governance

Outgrown a single AWS account? We design and implement multi-account structures using AWS Organizations and Control Tower — separated by environment, workload, or business unit, with centralised security, logging, and cost allocation enforced across all accounts. The architecture that scales with your business, not one you’ll need to redo in 18 months.

AWS Services

Monitoring & Observability - See Everything

Real visibility into production systems — not just uptime checks. Custom CloudWatch dashboards, structured log queries, distributed tracing with X-Ray, and automated runbooks for common incident types. For complex distributed workloads — 5G networks, fleet telematics, media streaming — we build purpose-designed observability frameworks that give your team genuine insight, not alert fatigue.

AWS Services

Terraform IaC — No Half Measures

Why Terraform on 100% of Projects Is Not Negotiable

Most AWS partners use Terraform when clients ask for it. We use it on everything — before clients ask. Here’s why that matters to you:

Every resource exists in code first

VPC, ECS service, RDS instance, IAM role, CloudWatch alarm — all version-controlled before they exist in any environment.

Infra changes go through PR review

Exactly like application code. Nothing touches production without a reviewed, approved Terraform plan.

Staging and prod are architecturally identical

Same Terraform modules. Different variable sets. Environment drift is eliminated by design — not manually managed.

Compliance evidence is automatic

Every change has a Git commit, a plan output, and an apply log. SOC 2, HIPAA, and GovCloud auditors get the trail they need.

Handover is clean - no tribal knowledge

When we hand over, any competent Terraform engineer can operate it. No reverse engineering. No bus-factor of one.

The upfront investment is real.

The payoff — in reliability, compliance readiness, and long-term operability — compounds every month you run on it.

Beyond DevOps — What We Bring

Beyond pipelines. Beyond automation. Here's what separates us.

The Competency Is a Fact, Not a Claim

AWS audited us. Reviewed our case studies. Verified our outcomes. Checked our certifications. The AWS DevOps Competency badge on this page is the result of that process — not a marketing decision. For buyers, that distinction matters.

Terraform IaC. On everything. No exceptions.

India-based AWS DevOps partners who enforce Terraform on 100% of projects as a non-negotiable policy are rare. We know — because we've spent time in this ecosystem. Most use it when clients ask. We use it because the alternative accumulates technical debt that becomes your problem, not ours, 18 months from now.

India-based. AWS-certified. Built for your timezone.

Delivery centres in Jaipur and Noida. AWS-certified engineers on every engagement — not a senior lead with a team of generalists. For startups and scale-ups building globally but budgeting sensibly, this combination is hard to find in one partner.

Security is the architecture — not the afterthought

GuardDuty, Security Hub, WAF, Secrets Manager, and CloudTrail are part of our Terraform modules from the first sprint. Not added at the end. Not an optional upgrade. This matters most for clients in regulated industries — SOC 2, HIPAA, GovCloud, CJIS — but it's the right default for everyone.

We build for where you're going, not just where you are

Whether you're a startup deploying your first ECS service or a scale-up moving from a single AWS account to a multi-account organisation — the architecture is designed to grow. Same Terraform modules. Same pipeline patterns. Scaled up, not replaced.

Not Sure Where Your DevOps Gaps Are?

Get a Free AWS DevOps Audit.

Our AWS-certified team reviews your current pipeline, infrastructure setup, and deployment process. We tell you exactly where the gaps are and what closing them would take. No pitch deck. No obligation. Just a straight assessment from engineers who run production systems.

Frequently Asked Questions

Things Buyers Actually Want to Know

What exactly is the AWS DevOps Competency — and why can't every partner just get it?

It requires an independent AWS audit: real case studies with verified production outcomes, certified engineers on staff, and customer references AWS can speak to. Partners cannot self-report it or pay to receive it. AWS validates the evidence. Matellio passed that process — which is why the badge on this page is legitimate, not decorative.

Two things that are hard to find together: Terraform IaC enforced on 100% of projects as a delivery standard — not an option — and an independently audited AWS DevOps Competency. The combination, in an India-based team, is rare. Most partners use Terraform when asked. Most don’t hold the Competency. We do both, on every project.

Startups are a significant part of what we do. A first ECS deployment for a ten-person team gets the same Terraform standard, the same security defaults, and the same certified engineers as a multi-account migration for a scale-up with 200 engineers. The scope changes. The standards don’t.

Usually with the free audit — an honest assessment of where your current state is and what it would take to get to where you want to be. From there: assess (current state review), design (target architecture and migration plan), build (pipeline, infrastructure, monitoring). Most greenfield CI/CD engagements take 4–6 weeks. Full infrastructure migrations with multi-account reorganisation take 3–4 months. The audit tells you which category you’re in.

Yes. Ongoing managed operations is a separate service line — same engineering team, same infrastructure standards. See our AWS Managed Services page for scope and tier details.
